You will learn about Peruvian cuisine, you will have a tour of the most popular market in the region there we will explain about the origin of the products and their relationship with Peruvian cuisine then we will return to the place where we will teach them how to prepare food, we will make some preparations and we will leave them cooking while we start our pisco sour workshop, you will learn about pisco and they will make their pisco sour themselves. Then we will finish the preparations that are missing and finally we will taste each of the dishes they made in a very special environment

• stuffed potato - It is a mashed potato that contains a meat filling with Peruvian dressing, it is served with a Peruvian Creole bramble.
• Peruvian trout ceviche - It is fish (trout) cooked or bleached in salt and Creole lemon is served with sweet potato or sweet potato, boiled or roasted corn.
• chocolate fondue with fruits - 70% melted seasonal fruits in chocolate
• Pisco Sour - Peruvian pisco, tahiti lemon, sugar and egg white shakes in a shaker with ice.
• chicken chili - Chicken pieces bathed in a yellow pepper sauce served with rice, boiled egg and olives.
• jumped loin - Alpaca or beef tenderloin cooked in a pan over high heat, accompanied with tomato onion dipped in soy sauce, served with rice and native potatoes
