Prepare the traditional Wawa Andes Bread

*Take your bread home or eat it during the experience.
*While the bread bakes in the firewood oven you will play the traditional cuy game
*You will spend the day at the home of a local family in the community of Tipon.

You will go to Tipon, near Cusco City, and learn to make the famous Wawa and rendija bread, decorate them with sprinkles and seeds using your own designs and finally cook them in a traditional firewood oven.
- At pick up the driver will ask for you at the hotel's front desk and guide you to your private transportation.
- Once in the vehicle, you will head towards Tipon.
- Upon arrival at the community home, the family will give you a warm welcome.
- You will make two types of traditional Andean bread: Wawa and rendija bread. The local expert will explain step by step how to prepare them: while you enjoy kneading the soft dough, you can decorate your bread with sprinkles and seeds as you want!
- You will put the bread in a firewood oven and wait for approximately 20 minutes until it´s well cooked and then you may eat it.
- Time to play the cuy game! The best way to learn about this community's culture is by playing this game. It is harmless and depends on your luck, and you can pet the guinea pig when you catch it.
- Take the bread out of the oven. You can eat it in the community or take it to your hotel and try it later.
- Once the experience finishes, you'll return to your hotel
