Qampa Climbing 2 Days
Qampa, also spelled Campa and Qampa, is the easiest, most popular mountain in Cusco and may be climbed without experience in mountaineering. It requires a glacier hike and sometimes a small rock climbing pass depending on the season. The summit offers a panoramic view that reaches to Salkantay over 200km to the NW.
Itinerary
Day 1: Cusco - Base Camp
Stop At: Ausangate, Cusco 08002 Peru
Once we pick you up we drive to Tinki small town located in the high way called Inter Oceanica 2,30 hours of drive then we have 30 minutes free to explore or take breakfast or buy some stuff. Then we keep driving towards Pacchanta town 4,760masl. is there where we start our trek. 2 hours hike to Azulccocha where we have the lunch, after this we continue our trek to the base camp another 2 hours, once we arrived there our our tents will already set up have our dinner and spend the first night there.

Day 2: Qampa Summit - Cusco
Stop At: Ausangate, Cusco 08002 Peru
We wake up early 2:30am have our super breakfast and start our trek to moraine where we are starting our climbing and walk on the snow for that our high mountain guide will provide us all the gears before to walk on the snow, we climb for 2 hours to the summit with some step section, finally we arrive to the summit of Qampa mountain which is 5,521masl, after rest we descent to base camp where we have our breakfast then finally we keep hiking to Pacchanta have I lunch there and we take our va. to Cusco
