BEGINNER FREEDIVING COURSE AIDA 2/SSI 1

Itinerary

Our Freediving courses are tailored to meet the needs of both physically fit and non-fit participants.
In the Beginner Freediver Course we cover the necessary skills and knowledge for a non-competitive recreational freediver to safely freedive with or without a dive-line.
The purpose of the courses is to familiarize the student with the skills, knowledge, safety procedures and enjoyment of freediving. Students will be introduced to the basic disciplines
of freediving: Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea, Free Immersion and Constant Weight freediving.
Duration and content:
• 2.5 Days: 2 Theory sessions/Self study with knowledge review, breathing cycle exercises, 1 confined water session, 3 open water sessions, final written exam.
• Study material will be sent to you after booking the course.

• Equalization
• Diving techniques and depth training
• Safety & rescue
Prerequisites:
• Able to swim
• 18 years of age (16 with guardian’s consent)
