Itinerary

Day 1: Angeles City, Pampangas to Tuegagaro, Cagayan via Balete Pass (formerly Dalton Pass)

Stop At: Dalton Pass Shrine, Dalton Pass Between Nueva Ecija And Nueva Viscaya, General Tinio, Luzon Philippines
On the way to the Homo Luzonensis site, we cross the Dalton Pass. From here you have a wonderful overview of the mountains and get insights into the history of the Philippines. In World War II, Filipino-American associations fought hard with the Japanese here.

Day 2: cavers

Stop At: Tuguegarao City, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan Province, Cagayan Valley Region, Luzon
Today it goes to the site of Homo Luzonensis, about 15 km from Tuguegarao. We have exactly 184 steps to climb before exploring the magnificent cave system, so this is where a human species lived.

Day 3: Banaue rice terraces and sagada

Stop At: Banaue Rice Terraces, Banaue, Luzon Philippines
View decks from Banaue that allow an impressive view of the rice terraces. Visiting an Ethnic Village gives an insight into the culture of the indigenous people. Then drive to Sagada.

Day 4: Sagda Echo Valley and possibly Sumaguing Cave

Stop At: The Hanging Coffins Of Sagada, Sagada, Luzon Philippines
A guided tour to Echo Valley to the hanging coffins. You are also welcome to book a larger package of visits, directly on site at the tourist center.
