It takes less than 2 hours to get from Krakow to Koninki, a little holiday destination at feet of the Gorce mountains. Hiking trails start there and lead to the highest pick in these mountains - Turbacz. With the hight of 1310 meters it may not be impressive, but it offers amazing views to all the mountains spreading to the south including the Tatra mountains.

The Gorce mountain range is quite small and characterized by numerous gentle peaks with ridges reaching in different directions. Its biggest advantages are countless natural meadows which offer beautiful views to every direction of the world.
