Canyoning Tour Advanced Ribeira Funda

Our journey starts in an almost desolated village at the north side of the Island and through various rappels (highest 50 meters!) and one or two jumps we will reach the sea level in the end.

Our journey starts in an almost desolated village at the north side of the Island. One rappel to warm up, before we reach a 55 meter drop that brings us down into one of the most beautiful canyons of Madeira. Along our way we will find 8 rappels in total and 2 (optional) jumps of 6 and 8 meters high. The canyon ends by the sea and the last rappel will provide a beautiful view over the ocean.

Duration of activity: 3/4 day

Please bring: towel & change of underwear, wear swimming clothes

When: everyday except sunday, with a minimum of 2 participants.

Conditions: a lack of vertigo and rappelling experience are required for this tour; please contact us to discuss your experience.
