Cook and Taste Experience

With our chef, you’re going to experience the secrets of the local and famous codfish, “francesinha” or another typical Portuguese dish and enjoy the Mediterranean custom of sharing food in a relaxed way around the table.

You will cook and prepare a complete meal (Cook and Taste | ex. Codfish), discover all the secret methods used by professional local chefs as you go.

Cooking class starts will some brief explanations about Portuguese ingredients that are going to be used and their origins, then you will start to cook your delicious meal.

Dinner will be served at the end of your class, where you can savor the fruits of your labor, paired with a selection of local wines.

Cooking class is composed by: starter, main dish and desert parried with local wines.

During this private cooking class, you’re going to prepare and cook a 3 course Portuguese meal in a private cooking experience in central Porto or near the river, learn about the Portuguese ingredients and culinary techniques to use back home… all for you to discover.
