We leave the city of Oporto toward the Douro valley, unique place where the combination of climate, river, grapes and man's effort gave rise to the first demarcated region World wines for the production of Port wine, Picturesque location, verdant landscapes and lush nature.

Our first stop will be the charming town of Amarante. This ancient town is filled with fine Romanesque architecture. While there you will visit, the 16th century Monastery of São Goncalo, on the banks of the river, as well as the lovely Roman Bridge.

Stop At: The Douro Valley, Lugar Da Ponte, Pinhao 5085-060 Portugal

After we leave Amarante toward the Douro valley, unique place where the combination of climater passing through Peso da Regua, you will arrive in Pinhao where you will first visit the traditional train station, adorned with historic tiles depicting the culture of the region.

After lunch

OPCIONAL you will embark on a traditional River boat (Rebelo at Pinhão ) and more spectacular scenery .
