I created this company Rock n 'Walk Climbing | Hiking | Tours because I am an enthusiast about interaction with nature and its protection, Rock Climbing is part of my daily routine, and I like to show people everything I feel like doing it. Take your shoes off, enjoy the sun and the sights, and climb on!

I love Central Portugal, where I mostly go out Rock Climbing and love the possibilities we have here to explore and interact with Nature! Rock Climbing is fun, challenging, an auto-focusing activity in the middle of the nature.

By the end of the day I will take you right back to the city!

Itinerary

Begginer frielndly tour with Rock n 'Walk Climbing | Hiking | Tours!

I will pick you up in Coimbra! Then, we go on a 30min drive where we can chat and meet each other, while I tell you details about our area and show you why I love Rock Climbing.

Then for strarters, you'll visit the place where only Rock Climbers go, and very few foreigners visit! You'll be amazed by the views, stretching 70km to the sea side on a sunny sunny day!

I'll show you the best Rock Climbing routes according to your level. During the day we will go on framing and talking about the sport in general terms, and introduces the basics of body technique for wall progression, as well as technical aspects of best practices for safety.

Just like in Yoga, learn new moves and new ways to move your body. Be anxious and unfamiliar, trusting your self and your body. At the top of the route, feel proud, look back and enjoy the sights!

At the end of the day I'll drive you back to the city, so you can relax and remember the great outdoorsy day you've just had!
