Morning walk in Sintra forest

This is a 3 hour relaxed walk through the forest to enjoy a peaceful time with Nature.

We will depart around 10 am from the meeting point (Flores do Cabo restaurant) and walk to Adro Nunes, an old dolmen located 420m above the sea level with a panoramic view of Cape Roca and the western coast of Lisbon. We will continue our walk to Peninha Sanctuary. On our way up we'll appreciate magnificent views of Guincho and Cascais. We will avoid the main road and use trails in the middle of the forest. This is a mindfulness walk of full communion with Nature. The sound of trees, birds and the ocean is all we hear. We will stop in several viewpoints to take landscape pictures. We'll come back around 1 pm. There is the option of having lunch in a typical restaurant in the village of Penedo. This walk is suitable for all ages. It can be adapted to families with children under 12.
