Pinhão hiking tour

This walk allows us to visit two small but beautiful Douro villages: São Cristóvão and Provesende. This was once an important village in white wine production due to its position and altitude. Today it is a place that emits immense stillness and tranquility. Our route will be towards Pinhão, through traditional paths that allow us to contemplate its valley, passing by a charming farm still very marked by the traditional terraces - Quinta do Junco.

It is an accessible route, with a downward direction, with a total of 7 km and which gives us an image of what is the Douro - an enchanted valley with its vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees and, at the same time, a region of hard and hard work due to its slopes.

At the end of the walk we will have a picnic with homemade food and local produce. Douro table wine and port wine are also included.
