In this tour we will begin with Fatima to know and understand the story of the apparition of the Virgin Mary. Let's go to the sanctuary and you can stay there for as long as you wish. After that we will go to the small village where the three shepherds lived.

From there we go to the ocean area. In Nazaré you will see the place where the biggest wave in the world was surfed. There is also time for a walk in the beach area.

And we end up in the medieval village of Óbidos where you can go back in time while enjoying some traditional sweets and drinks from the region.

Stop At: Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima, 2495-402 Fátima, Portugal

This is one of the most important milestones of the Marian cult, attracting pilgrims from all over the world. Until 1917 it was an unknown place. In that year a religious event changed its history and importance forever when 3 little shepherds witnessed successive apparitions of the Virgin Mary. The Shrine gained a world-wide reputation during the papacy of John Paul II when this Pope visited the place to give thanks for surviving an assassination attempt (one of the three secrets shared by the Virgin to the shepherds).

The site, at the highest point of the city, is without a doubt the best belvedere of the region. There you will also have the lighthouse, which is the best place to observe the cannon of Nazareth and its incredible waves.

Stop At: Obidos Village, Obidos Portugal

Surrounded by a ring of medieval walls and crowned by the castle of the Moors, Obidos is one of the most perfect examples of our medieval fortress. Entering through the south gate of Santa Maria, you will see an extraordinary set of 18th century tiles.
