The tour will begin with a visit to the Solar do Vinho do Dão, a 14th century building where today the Dão Regional Wine Commission is set up. After knowing some of the secrets stored in this lot, we will leave for relaxing off-road rails to meet the people, tread the earth and breathe the magic of air on our first visit to a Dão farm. There, a wine tasting will serve as an aperitif for the rest of the day.
