You may have tried Port wine, you may have tried authentic Chinese food, but have you tried pairing them both together? I will guide you through a gourmet journey of various styles of Port matching with Chinese dishes, as well as some fun facts about Douro Valley.
Don't worry, this is not a fancy wine tasting, merely a casual meal sprinkled with interesting facts and anecdotes, and an exploration of some unique Port pairings.

Itinerary

It will be a full meal during lunch or dinner. You will taste at least 3 very different styles of Port wines. Each wine will be paired with 1 or 2 dishes. I choose the most authentic Chinese dishes that pair well with the wines. With my explanation, I guarantee that you will gain a whole new perspective of both food and wine.
