Yoga and Sound Bath in the Enchanted Forest

Just imagine yourself, practicing Yoga in a magical scenery. In a stunning place where you are surrounded with magnificent trees, some with more than of 500 years.

Itinerary

We will take advantage of the powerful energy of the Enchanted Forest of Fanal and start with Pranayama (breathing exercise) to ground, cleanse and prepare our practice. We will then wake up and energize our body with the Asanas (postures) and then finish with a relaxation with the sound of the birds and leaves.
This will be followed by a sound bath with intuitive musical instruments. The sound of the instruments will bring you to a higher conscious state of mind, allowing a better relaxation, and will make vibrate the waters and cells of our body. All this sets the scene for a wonderful musical journey.

Fanal is a unique place in the Laurel Forest of Madeira Island. It is a small volcanic crater classified as a resting reserve by the Parque Natural of Madeira, to get a good dose of relaxation therapy. The beauty of this area lies not only in the forest of grand centenary trees, most of which are previous to the discovery of Madeira, but also in the spectacular landscapes that several sightseeing spots offer.

It's the perfect place to practice Yoga, meditate, rest, walk, enjoy nature and admire the magnificent species of Laurel Forest.
