Russian Cooking Class

My name is Liza, I am originally a Russian who is in passion with Hospitality and Culinary and I am your guide into Russian Cuisine.
Currently I'm studying in a Swiss Hospitality Business & Culinary Arts School in St.Petersburg.
I love Russian Cuisine and would love to share my knowledge and my babushka's cooking secrets with you!

We will meet in my culinary studio in the СITY CENTRE of St.Petersburg (near the St.Isaac's Cathedral).
During the class we will prepare traditional Beef Stroganoff that we will try after together with some traditional appetizers as well. A glass of Russian wine will be provided for the meal. Non-alcoholic drinks are also provided.
For the desert we will prepare Russian traditional blinis, that we will eat with condensed milk (sgush'ionka), a different choice of jam (var'enije) and a SAMOVAR tea.
