Day 1

Drive to Pushkin

A visit to the Catherine Palace, a star of BBC's serial. Pass through its gilded suit of rooms with the famous Amber room and the wonderful ballroom, the setting for the ball scene of the film.  

10.30-11.00am

A walk around the park with beautiful pavilions.

11.00-12.00am

Drive to Peterhof

12.00-01.00pm

A walk around the park with the special accent on the 18th and 19th century fountains and the story about the foundation of Russian monarchy capital.

02.30-04.00pm

Drive back to the city with a small ride of St Petersburg metro to enjoy the interior of palace like stations

Day 2

08.00am

Your guide will meet you at the cruise terminal

City sightseeing driving tour with photo stops and a stroll along Nevsky Prospect, St Petersburg's main avenue. A focus on the Great Gostiny Dvor, the glorious Kazan Cathedral will extend your knowledge of the War and Peace epic period.

9.30-10.30pm

Boat ride

View of the city from the water side provides an excellent chance to see the Winter Palace lining along the embankment of the Neva river and feel the harmony of the city.

12.00-12.30pm

Visit to the Church on the Spilled Blood, one of the most famous landmarks of Saint Petersburg  

12.30-01.00pm

A tour to the Hermitage, worldwide known art museum. The Winter Palace, the former Russian Tsar's official residence was also featured in the TV drama.
