Stop At: Krusedol Monastery, Krusedol village, Fruska Gora National Park Serbia

On the southern slopes of Fruška gora, near the town of Irig, there is the monastery Krušedol. This monastery was the endowment of Brankovic, the last despots in Srem. The temple is dedicated to the Annunciation of the Most Holy Mother of God

Fruška Gora is often compared to Sveta Gora (Holy Mountain) for its impressive complex of Serbian medieval monasteries of great beauty and priceless spiritual value. Ever since late middle ages, thick forests of Fruška Gora, protected by a mighty river Danube, offered shelter to Serbian spirituality, art and culture. Seventeen monasteries on Fruška Gora make a unique collection of densely distributed shrines built during a time span from 15th until 17th century as Serbian royal families’ endowments. Monasteries on Fruška Gora are guardians of Serbian religion, tradition and customs, but they are also unique monuments of Serbian artistic creativity from the Middle Ages.

The town that combines history, religion, wine and beauty. It stood as the cultural, political and religious centre of the Serbian people in the Austro-Hungarian Empire for two full centuries. This baroque town is a former seat of the Serbian Orthodox Church in the Habsburg Monarchy. The town is also well known for wine, one variety being absolutely unique in the World – the Bermet. Visiting museum of honey and wine with tasting.

It is also called the "Serbian Athens", the Danube River Gibraltar and is home to south-east Europe's largest music festival, EXIT which has earned a global reputation for its diversity and cutting-edge music.

The Novi Sad Synagogue is one of the four synagogues that exist today in Serbia. It is located in Jewish Street in the city center. It was built in the period from 1906 to 1909.

The Bishop's Palace is the end of Zmaj Jovina street in Novi Sad. The court is one of the most valuable architectural works in Novi Sad. The first bishop's court in Novi Sad was built by bishop Visarion Pavlovic in 1741 in the immediate vicinity of the newly built church church.
