Airport arrival waiting time is 75 minutes upon flight landed.Customer to ensure contact number given on booking voucher is reachable.In any case if the waiting time is up and customer is uncontactable,driver will leave airport and no refund will be given to customer.

Extra waiting time charge for arrival after 75 minutes : $10 for every 15 minutes waiting

Departure from hotel/residential waiting time is 15 minutes.Customer to ensure contact number given on booking voucher is reachable.In any case if waiting time is up and customer is uncontactable,driver will leave hotel/residential and no refund will be given.
