The Snorkeling and Discovery Tour of St Maarten takes you to the premier snorkeling and beach spots around the island. You will travel by fast, comfortable speed boat from our dock in Simpson Bay on the Dutch side to at least 2 snorkeling spots and 2 beach stops. Enjoy snacks and complimentary water, sodas, local beers and rum punch throughout the day. Lunch is included! Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch on a deserted island, afterwards, explore the island where you can find ruins of past inhabitants. 

Our crew members are all experienced, local guides and are always on hand to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the day. At each snorkeling stop, the crew will be in the water with you, always ready and willing to reach out that helping hand or to help you identify that fish or coral species. On the boat, the crew will point out the local modern and historical highlights as you travel around the island. The commentary is both fun and informative.

St Maarten boasts many beautiful beaches, coral reefs, wrecks and interesting landmarks. Our snorkeling adventure tour itinerary varies according to prevailing weather and sea conditions but here are some of the sites you can visit.
• Creole Rock

Common sightings include Sargent Majors, Trumpetfish, Surgeonfish, Squid, Baracuda, Eagle Rays and many types of coral and sponges.
• Tintamare Island

Swim with the turtles. Explore the island, snorkel or just relax on the beach. 
• Pinel Island

A popular attraction on the island is the large number of well fed Iguanas that make their home in the rocks and vegetation. With a piece of fruit or lettuce in hand, you’ll get up close and personal with these pre-historic looking beasts. After a little island exploration, relax in the shallow, warm water with a beer or rum punch in hand by the boat or on the beach.
• Little/Divi Bay

Adjacent to Great Bay, lies Little Bay. On the northern side of the bay, on the sea bed lie a number of small wrecks and a small underwater trail. You can see a helicopter, submarine, cannons and a couple of sunken yachts.
• Maho Beach

The famous beach located right next to the end of the runway of Princess Julianna Airport. Commercial aircraft fly right overhead so low you’ll feel you can reach out and touch them. Swim in the beautiful crystal clear water or lay back and watch the action overhead.

We have all the gear you need to get snorkeling including additional flotation devices. Enjoy your snorkeling adventure at your own pace. 

Note: While you don’t have to be an Olympic athlete for the tour, we do recommend that you have some basic degree of mobility/fitness.
