This morning you head off toward Somerset West, home of the Cheetah Outreach – a preservation centre for cheetahs & other predators, with education programs & animal encounters. Enjoy a tour of the facilities and get to know more about the mission and work of the centre before heading off to Stellenbosch for your first wine tasting of the day.

In Stellenbosch town, drive down the canal-lined avenues, in the shade of giant oak trees and past the beautifully preserved historic buildings.
