We start at Groot Constantia manor house museum. This was the first winery in the country and is a good place to start. You'll learn about the history of Groot Constania and wine-making in South Africa - and you'll taste their wines before going on to taste the wines of several other wineries in Constantia, including Constantia Glen, Buiterverwagting, Constantia Uitsig and others depending on time.
