An incredible 3 Star Luxury Tented Lodge Tour to Kruger National Park in South Africa. The Kruger Riverside Tented Safari from Johannesburg to Kruger National Park via the Panorama Route highlights of God’s Window, Lisbon Falls and Graskop.

After settling in at the comfortable lodge we embark on an afternoon or evening game drive in Kruger. Spend a full day game viewing in open 4×4 safari vehicles on day two, hopefully sighting the Big Five, among numerous other wild animals & birds in the vast Kruger Park. Take a final game drive on the third morning, before returning to Johannesburg.

Accommodation is 10 minutes outside of the Kruger National Park, on the banks of the Sabi River. Each unit has a unique and incredible view on the Sabi river & surrounds. The Sabi River is know for the prolific bird life as well as the Hippos & crocodiles that call the river home. 

Day 1,Our professional Driver/Guide will pick you up in Johannesburg in an air-conditioned vehicle and transfer you via the scenic Panorama Route to Kruger Park. En-route we will visit Pilgrim’s Rest, God’s Window and the Graskop Falls.

We will arrive at Lions Rock Rapids (or similar) in the afternoon where you will have time to check-in and freshen up before we depart on a game drive in the Kruger National Park.

You will depart on either an afternoon game drive or a sunset game drive (where you will get your first experience on an open 4X4 Safari vehicle.) The late afternoon offers the lower light game viewing with most animals heading down to the watering holes and offers excellent game viewing opportunities. (please note the sunset drive is subject to availability) 

Accommodation: Lions Rock Rapids or Similar (Dinner Bed and Breakfast)

Day 2,Your Professional Field guide will advise you off your pick-up time for this morning. You will be picked up from your lodge early in the morning on your full day game drive in an Open 4X4 Safari Vehicle.

We will enter Kruger National Park and enjoy a full day game drive on this day. We will stop several times during the day for you to freshen up and to stretch your legs. Your Professional Field Guide will ensure that you see the wildlife Kruger Park is renowned for and give you interesting facts and information on all aspects of the African Bush and Wildlife. (With a bit of luck, you will be able to add the Big Five to your “spotting-list”) We will enjoy breakfast at one of the Kruger Park Camps (packed by the lodge). We will also visit the Skukuza Main Camp of the Kruger Park.

We will return in the afternoon to your Lodge where the rest of the evening will be at leisure. Dinner can be enjoyed at the Lodge. (Depending on your dates of travel – dinner could be accompanied with traditional dancing)

Day 3,We will once again collect you for an early morning game drive to try and find the illusive animals that you might have missed on your previous drives. After your Early Morning Game Drive, we will return to the lodge. Once you have checked out your professional Driver/Guide will be waiting to transfer you back to Johannesburg in a luxury air-conditioned vehicle.
