Boryeong Mud Festival takes place between July 19 - July 28, 2019! The festival was first started in 1998 to promote the local therapeutic mud, and by 2007, it became extremely popular among both locals and expats, attracting more than 2 million visitors. Cover yourself in a thick, gray, good-for-your-skin mud and have fun with the other festival-goers and exciting activities specially prepared by the festival organizers.

Our driver pick up from your hotel in Seoul at 8a.m. Just 2.5 hours drive, we arrive at Boryeong. The festival provides a myriad of exciting activities to partake in all throughout the day, such as mudflat sports, mud mask and massage, large mud bath and fountain, mud wrestling, mud super-slide, mud kids land, color mud body painting or mud soap and characters made. There are also many other events and performances to keep you entertained while you’re there. Among them are concerts, fireworks, mud mime performance, mud festival photo contest, yacht parade as well as an airshow performance by the Korean Air Force.
