You can take kimchi-making classes taught by a professional kimchi instructor. Participants can taste the kimchi they make, have it vacuum-packed, and take it home with them.

Day 2: Seoul ➜ Jeonju, Walk back in time. The Landmark of Korean Culture

Stop At: Jeonju Hanok Village, Eunhaeng-ro, Wansan-gu, Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do South Korea
Today, We proceed to the most celebrated village of Jeonju, an important tourist center that is famous for its Korean foods and historic traditional buildings. In May 2012, Jeonju was chosen as a Creative City for Gastronomy as part of UNESCO's Creative Cities Network. This honor recognizes the city's traditional home cooking handed down through generations over thousands of years, its active public and private food research, its system for nurturing talented chefs, and its hosting of distinctive local food festivals

Stop At: Hanji Museum, 59, Palbok-ro, Deokjin-gu, Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do 561-723 South Korea
(Korean Traditional Mulberry paper), As Korea’s first museum specializing in paper it has an extensive collection of 3,000 artifacts and a data-base documenting the long history and superiority of Hanji (Korean paper). You also get DIY experience to make Korean paper with wooden tools and bring it back home.

the symbol of Jeonju’s Korean-style village. Gyeong gi jeon is especially beautiful in the autumn. Historical dramas and movies use the surrounding landscape as their background.

At the museum, visitors can see the tools and machines used in the making of alcohol and get a closer look at the different types of Korean traditional wine. Some of the most interesting displays at the museum are the alcohol preparation room and the fermentation room. Thanks to speakers located in these two rooms, visitors are able to hear the amplified sounds of the fermentation process.

Day 3: Jeonju ⇌ Jinan, Bountiful in both plants and fauna

Stop At: Tapsa Temple, 8, Dongchon-ri, Maryeong-myeon, Jinan-gun, Jeollabuk-do 567-872 South Korea
famous for the over 80 stone pagodas built by Lee Gapyong, a retired scholar. Those stone pagodas have different sizes and shapes from cone-shaped to straight-shaped. Behind Daeungjeon, Cheonjitap tower is located. It is the largest tower, with a height 3 times as high as the average adult’s height. How this tall tower was built is still unclear, drawing much attention from people. It is said that those stone pagodas were made in the late 1800's entirely by Lee Gapyong alone.

He collected stones in daytime and built the pagodas at night. Even though the pagodas have been around for more than 100 years, they have never collapsed nor even moved through strong winds, making them truly amazing.

One of the areas with the largest concentration of dolmen (over 447 dolmen) is the Gochang Dolmen site in Jeollabuk-do, Gochang Dolmen Site holds more dolmen than Hwasun and Ganghwa and boasts dolmen of a variety of shapes sizes, ranging from those under 10 tons to those over 300 tons.

Day 4: Jeonju ➜ Gongju ➜ Seoul, Fashion and technology forward but also deeply traditional.

Built in 1395, Gyeongbokgung Palace is also commonly referred to as the Northern Palace because its location is furthest north when compared to the neighboring palaces of Changdeokgung (Eastern Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (Western Palace) Palace. Gyeongbokgung Palace is arguably the most beautiful, and remains the largest of all five palaces.

Royal Guard Changing CeremonyThe gate guardsmen serve their sentry, perform the changing of the guards, and hold a parade. The guards' uniforms, weapons, and accessories as well as their strict ceremonial procedures catch the eyes of passersby, especially foreign tourists. Since it is hard to experience traditional events in such a big city like Seoul, the change of the guards ceremony is a great opportunity. It takes place every day except Tuesday.

Surrounded by Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace and Jongmyo Shrine, Bukchon Hanok Village is home to hundreds of traditional houses, called hanok, that date back to the Joseon Dynasty. The name Bukchon, which literally translates to "northern village," came about as the neighborhood lies north of two significant Seoul landmarks, Cheonggyecheon Stream and Jongno. Today, many of these hanoks operate as cultural centers, guesthouses, restaurants and tea houses, providing visitors with an opportunity to experience, learn and immerse themselves in traditional Korean culture.

The Trickeye Museum is "one of a kind" painting gallery which combines art with high-end technology featuring AR (Augmented Reality) effect and 2D/3D illusions. Instead of merely viewing paintings as one would in a typical art gallery, visitors can interact with paintings using the newly developed Trickeye Camera app to make paintings come alive and become part of the artworks while recording it on video or taking pictures. In addition, the Ice Museum, located inside the Trickeye Museum, is filled with objects that are fully made out of ice, such as iced TV, ice kitchen, ice slope etc. With just one admission ticket, visitors can enjoy both the Trickeye Museum and the Ice Museum.
