Andalucian Cookery Course

Our cookery course explores the healthy side of Andalucian cuisine. Our chef/tutor is Spanish and together we look at traditional recipes, the wines of the region and the use of the freshest local ingredients. Villagers will come and taste what we prepare and share their own experiences and recipes.

Staying in the Centro de Interpretación Comarcal in Moclín, our guests get unique insights into life in and around the beautiful village of Moclín.
