Ávila, historical city of Spain, with its magnificent walls of the 12th century.

The city is the birthplace of Saint Teresa of Jesus. We visit the outskirts of the Cathedral, "Plaza Mayor" or "Mercado Chico", "Plaza de San Juan de la Cruz", and the interiors of the Romanesque basilica of San Vicente, the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Convent of Santa Teresa of Jesus.

Then we will go to Segovia, rich in historical monuments, highlighting its majestic Roman aqueduct. We visit the interiors of the Gothic cathedral and the 12th-century Alcazar, spectacular fortified building.

Both cities, Ávila and Segovia, have been declared World Heritage Sites.

It is the Roman aqueduct par excellence, it transported water to the Spanish city of Segovia.
Its construction dates from the beginning of the second century AD. C., at the end of Emperor Trajan's reign.

Its importance derives from being the best preserved medieval walled enclosure in Spain and probably throughout Europe.

The walls are a Romanesque military fence that surrounds the old town of Avila.
The old town and the wall have been declared a World Heritage Site.
The walls are the universal symbol and most prominent monument that houses the city of Avila.

The church-convent of Santa Teresa is a building located in Ávila.
The building was built at the beginning of the 17th century - on the birthplace of Santa Teresa de Jesús - under the invocation of the Barefoot Carmelite order

Stop At: Alcazar of Segovia, Plaza Reina Victoria Eugenia, S/N, 40003 Segovia Spain

The Alcazar de Segovia is located on a high rock between the Eresma and Clamores rivers, a construction of military origins that would later have other uses, including royal residence, and the city's main tourist attraction along with the Aqueduct.

The existence of this fortress is documented since the beginning of the 12th century, with the Alcazar throughout the Middle Ages being one of the favorite residences of the Castilian Kings.
