Be collected at your accommodation and begin a journey in La Laguna, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Visit Teide, across the beautiful Esperanza forest, with stops in the Teide National Park and the city of La Orotava.

It could be apply a supplement per booking when your accommodation is in the North of the Island (Garachico, Icod, La Guancha, Buenavista, los Silos or in the South Los Gigantes, Costa Adeje, Las Américas, Guía de Isora, El Médano , San Miguel....etc.

Stop At: Mas de Treinta Tenerife, 38004 Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Tenerife Spain

After disembarking your cruise ship we leave the port by air conditioned mini van. You will admire the capital of Santa cruz before heading into the original capital of La Laguna where you can marvel at some of the oldest architecture here on the island. It is also near here that you can purchase the traditional canarian "BARRAQUITO" coffee and this will set you up for the morning!

Sit back and enjoy the commentary of your local guide who will be giving you lots of intersting stories as you  head up through the breathtaking forest of La Esperanza,which is the largest forest here on Tenerife! Marvel at the height of the pine trees which can grow up to 40 metres and also capture some amazing pictures of the breathtaking rock formations such as the "tarta" and daisy!

Once on the national park of Teide which is now UNESCO world heritage, this surrounds the Teide which rises up to a staggering 3,718 metres above sea level! To get to the summit you can travel in the cable car(not included) and it is here that you will marvel at the entire island of Tenerife and on a clear day the whole 7 islands!

For those not wanting to go on the cable car we can stop at the local visitors center and have a wander through the flora and even enoy a short presentation of the life of Tenerife and Teide.

On the way back down we will travel down through the fertile lands of La Oratava rich in vegetation and famous for the local Vino Tinto! It is here that you will see the "Casa de Balcones"  this is a historic house and museum housing a great variety of canarian products built in 1632.

You can then sit and relax as you head back to the port and embark your cruise ship.
