09:30 Meeting point at the Calima Surf school
10:00 Start the lesson on the beach! Warm up, stretching, easy exercises, theoretical and practical on the beach ... in the water!
12:45 - 13.30 Lunch on the beach (hot snack, fruit juice and water)
13:30 In the water !! Surfing under personal attention and correction of individual errors.
