Be active in nature! Come and train with me in the incredible dunes of Fuerteventura.

We will start the class with a small warm up and then we train several muscle groups with unique and innovative exercises. Meanwhile you will enjoy the amazing tranquility of the only desert in Europe.

The training will take one hour plus warm up and stretching.

The training will be adjusted individually, so that it fits perfectly to your needs and condition.

You will enjoy the beautiful and stunning landscape of the only desert in Europe, while working out your body. Have fun with full body exercises and take some new ideas for your training at home
