Gothic Quarter - roman and medieval Barcelona

This is a 3 - 3,5 hour tour of the Gothic Quarter with a private tour guide. Please note that entrance fees are not included (14€/per person). Starting time upon request/availability.
The Gothic Quarter is the oldest part of Barcelona and it's full of history and fascinating stories. We will visit the most important sights, including the excavation site of the ancient roman town Barcino inside the Barcelona History Museum, Palau Reial (royal palace), a former residence of the mighty Crown of Aragon and the Gothic Cathedral of Barcelona which was constructed during the 13th-15th century and is a beautiful example of the typical gothic architecture of Catalonia. Here we will visit the interior of the Cathedral, the cloister and the rooftop with a beautiful view of the city. Apart of that we will walk the typical small alleys of the Gothic Quarter and visit some of its' hidden gems like dreamy little squares, a forgotten roman aqueduct and roman columns inside a medieval building.
