Iberian Pork and Dehesa

In the Region of Los Pedroches, located just one hour from Córdoba, some of the most exquisite hams in the world are produced. In our family farm we will explain where and how our pigs have to live to produce such exquisite meat. Finally, we will make a tasting of Iberian products so that they leave with a very good taste of our land.

Itinerary

We will pick you up from the meeting point and we will go to a family farm located 6 km from Pozoblanco, welcome to the Iberian Ham route. There, we will explain how the ecosystem is where the Iberian pig inhabits coexisting with other species such as the retina cow or the merino sheep, the characteristics of this place and the elements that form it. Next, we will meet the protagonists of the visit, pure pigs attached to the D.O Los Pedroches. We can see how his life is, its characteristics and we can see how they live in freedom. Finally, we will finish with a tasting of Iberian products obtained in the farm itself
