Local Market grocery shopping Cooking Spanish food in a Flamenco cave

You will be cooking at a historical flamenco cave, where gypsies used to live for many decades and even centuries! We have the newest technology in the kitchen, which may surprise you once you see the contrast between new and traditional.

You will enjoy a three-course meal: tortilla de patatas, paella and crema catalana.

I welcome you to enjoy an authentic culinary experience in Spain. This course takes place in two places: the local market and a gypsy cave at the Sacromonte neighborhood of Granada. You will enjoy cooking amazing Spanish dishes with the fresh ingredients you bought at the market, in a unique place!

Beware that this is not a common cooking course. You will purchase the ingredients, learn about them and cook them in our last technology kitchen inside a very old gypsy cave with views to the Alhambra and its UNESCO heritage gardens.
