You will work alongside our experienced chef , preparing and cooking some creative dishes including Spanish tapas and dishes synonymous to the region of Almeria.

The kitchen has been lovingly designed just for the cookery school , its modern and well equipped so that you enjoy the whole experience.

The ingredients will be sourced locally and the dishes will change alongside the seasons offering exciting cookery sessions..

It will be a fun four hour session of food demonstrations and cooking .You will have the opportunity to taste some great food from the region of Almeria.

You will prepare a range of modern Spanish tapas which you will then eat for lunch with a glass of local wine or soft drink..

Dishes will include a selection of meat , fish and vegetarian dishes.
