Hi, we're Bara & Peter!

We are perfume enthusiasts hosting perfume making workshops for everyone. You also want to know what's in the bottle, right? Or even better, make a fragrance that begins from who you are. That's why we started Moss Olfactory Lab, a space where you can learn about scents and create perfumes. We have a background in chemistry and marketing and are both happily trained 'noses' from Grasse, the perfume capital. We help craft bespoke fragrances for every personality. This is why we call Moss Olfactory Lab a micro-perfumery.

Did you know that smells can bring back vivid memories? So why not add a beautiful memory to your Barcelona trip by blending your very own bespoke perfume in a hands-on workshop. What's exactly in your bottle? That's what we want to learn you in a no-nonsense way. We selected for you 160 individual perfumery ingredients, both natural and synthetic, sourced from the best suppliers. From those 160 scents you will create your perfume with a selection of 42 ingredients to keep your nose 'fit'. It's all about having a great time in a warm and chilled atmosphere. Our place is yours. Creation of perfume is a very calming craft to awaken your smell memory and the emotions connected with it. We provide all materials, knowledge and guidance, but at the end it's you who will make that perfume. During each class sweet refreshments will be served so you can relax from all that 'hard' work. What you get: your own signature scent in a personalised 15ml bottle, a nosebook with info learnt during the session and your fragrance formula so you can re-work or re-order it in a 50ml bottle.
