This experience is a very nice way for visitors of Sansebastian to enjoy some of the best wonders of the Basque coast.
We will begin our visit at the medieval castle called San Juan de gaztelugatxe where we will walk up its historical 242 steps to reach the chapel and as the tradition follows, ring the hanging bell for good luck.
Then we will visit the natural wonder of the Zumaia flysch and walk down to its beach where part of game of thrones season 5 was filmed.
After we will visit the birth town of Juan Sebastian elkano “Getaria” to enjoy some well deserved savoury pintxos for lunch to continue our way to the view point at the top of Churrukas txakoli wine vines to enjoy the beautiful viewpoint of the Urola coast.
The drive back from Orio to Sansebastian will also be via the stunning mount igueldo.
