Pyrenees Bike Tour

In La Cerdanya, one of the largest valleys in Europe, we have good temperatures, a dry climate, and a beautiful land ready for you to discover it cycling.

We offer you a week of active holidays and switching off from everyday life. Amidst an environment of great natural and cultural value, with great gastronomic options, where your only concern will be to cycle and enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the Pyrenees.

An excellent opportunity to get to know this region, its people, customs and this environment of great natural and cultural value, which also offers great gastronomic options.

Day 1 - Welcome to Catalonia. Our trip starts in Barcelona, the meeting point will be at Estación de Francia at 10.00 am, from where we will depart towards our destination, the Pyrenees. The trip will take about 2 hours. Once in the mountains we'll do a briefing of the routes and preparation of the bikes. After that we will have lunch and you will have the afternoon free to stroll, get familiar with the place or enjoy the first bike ride around the area.

Day 2 - Port de Llo. Now the real fun and action starts! We will depart towards 

Llivia, and then we will then continue on to 

Llo, famous for its thermal baths. This stretch is relatively easy. Next, 

Eyne ski resort, then we will cycle up to coll de la Llosa and coll de la Creu

 along the winding roads which run through lush forests.

Les Angles after, cycling down along 

Coll de Egat, a magnificent balcony from where we can contemplate the beauty and extension of La Cerdanya.

Day 3 - Coll de Creueta. First destination: 

collada de Tossas, to then descend for about 35 km. We will reach to 

Ribas de Fresser, to then head to 

Campdevanol, cycling a few kilometres along the national road towards 

Gombren. We will then reach 

Pobla de L´Illet and will attack the famous 

Coll de La Creueta, a category 1 mountain pass which we have seen many times in the Spanish Vuelta! 

Pla de Anyella after, surrounded by beautiful fields. Today's stats are impressive: 129 kms and 2,616 meters climbed, wow! 

Day 4 - Lles. On this day we will start heading towards 

Alp, and along very quiet roads we will arrive to 

Martinet. C

oll de Lles, mountain village of 

Ardovol and 

Prullans. Lunch, and then back to Puigcerda. Time to rest and to discover the capital!

Day 5 - Coll du Pailhères. Our toughest route, but we can do it! We will attack the mountain pass of 

El Pailhères, a well known stage of the Tour de France: 146 km ahead with a positive altitude difference of 3,225 m. The route will take us to 

Porte–Puymorens to complete the first pass of the day, then we will head towards 

Axs Les Thermes. In just a few kilometres we’ll come to 

coll du Palhières, and then we’ll head towards 

Mijanes, Querigut. After, 

Les Angles ski resort, a stop for provisions and then a fun downhill to the hotel.

Day 6. Breakfast, check-out and transfer to airport, end of our adventure. It has been a great time, you'll want to repeat it next year!
