Sangria Workshop With Tapas

Kiki takes us on an historical journey about the famous Spanish Sangria, sharing facts about where it has come from and how the taste and ingredients have changed over 2000 years.
You will learn how to prepare 3 different types of sangria using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Of course you'll drink what you make!
Then I will present several tapas to accompany the sangria: Olives, "pan con tomate" (country style bread with tomato that we will make together), cured ham "jamon serrano" and Spanish cheese. Dietary preferences can be catered for so please ask!
We will share all of our classic and inventive sangria creations with tapas!

I'm a long-time Barcelona resident with many years training in wines and my academy has been open since 2017. Together with Kiki, who teaches sell-out sangria events across Barcelona, we are offering you our Sangria Workshop with Tapas!
