This is your chance to learn all of the most important details you need to know when making the famous Spanish Paella. We work with only the highest quality ingredients sourced from local markets to ensure freshness and great flavor. As well, we show you the right way to make authentic Sangria! The fun doesn't stop there, we are sure you will love our classicly decorated dining room that takes you back in time with typical Catlan architecture and design!

When you arrive we will take you up into our marvellous professional kitchen for you cooking class! We will start with Authentic Sangria and then we will jump straight into making an amazing Seafood Paella (Meat and Vegetable or Vegetarian option is also possible). After we have cooked up the paella we will get to burn the sugar on top of our Crema Catalana dessert!
