Sponge Canyon

A classic of the Vall Fosca, and also one of the star canyons of the Pallars Jussà, since it has numerous slides and enchanting landscapes, with water all the years. It begins with small highlights in an area of forest, we will continue with several rappels, one of them very characteristic on a petrified trunk in a cascaded place. We will find several slides and pools of up to 8 meters, where we can make some jump.

Itinerary

During the descent we will see different formations of water and rock, we will enjoy the techniques of canyoning practicing rappels, slides, jumps, detours and walks inside the water.
With the guides of Barrankisme we will learn about the fauna, the flora and the geological formations of the ravine that we find ourselves.
