This cheese tasting activity will provide the basics and some special knowledge that will allow us to delve deeper into the exciting world of cheese visiting emblematic places in Madrid and interacting with Maitre Fromager for a special cheese tasting selection paired with fine Spanish Wines.
We will taste the most famous Spanish " curado", Manchego is Spain's most famous cheese, named after Don Quixote's town of La Mancha.
We will find out more about the raw material, the cheesemaking, cheese classification, and pairings. These are accompanied by.. Dried fruit, homemade jam, different kinds of bread and wine, beer or tea. Cheese Tapas, Cheese Board, Cheese Souvenir and Pairing Wines are included.
