The stunning views of La Marina Real from the terraces of the Veles e Vents building, the mild Mediterranean climate, the Malvarrosa beach a few meters away, in addition to the magnificent and modern facilities of our hotel school. I have everything ready to spend an unforgettable, fun, playful and educational day together.

We will take the gastronomic experience to another level, where you will spend a day among friends, relaxed and relaxed, which I promise will be worth it!

Itinerary

The course will begin with a brief introduction to the paella and its history, then start with the cooking of the paella that is according to the type of paella you have chosen. All the time you will be advised by Marcos, who will follow the step by step of each of the participants, you will cook your own paella, you will have fun, you will learn and you will have a very pleasant time together with the other participants.

Once the cooking is over, we will go to the spectacular terrace, with views of both the marina and the emblematic Malvarrosa beach, where we will taste the paella we have made, along with a wine tasting from my collaborator Hacienda López Haro, as well as beers and soft drinks or water. As an appetizer we will have Iberian sausage thanks to my collaborator Ibedul, we will also taste Valencian tomatoes with denomination of origin of Perelló.

At the end of the course, there will be photocall, where you can take photos with Marcos. In addition you will take, as a gift, an apron signed by him, a diploma accrediting the completion of the course and a wooden spoon so that you can taste your next paellas, which will turn out great after all you have learned!
