The Retreat at Molino del Rey in Spain is literally carved out of the mountains, quite spectacular. This Retreat has it's own underground meditation caves and is uniquely serviced with fresh Mountain Spring Water to drink and in the pool for swimming. This water runs into valley and irrigates the orange and lemon trees grown by local farmers. Ronda is just an hour away an interesting town that dates back to Moorish rule.

Glastonbury is synonymous with the Arthurian Legends. With heritage places of interest including The Abbey, Chalice Well and Glastonbury Tor, Avebury Stones, Stnehenge. Accommodation is in the main house, with hall bathrooms, or yurt with double bed and Tor view, think glamping. This venue has a three hundred and sixty degree view of the countryside of the Somerset Levels. It has a hot tub to relax in or you may find a hammock to hang-in as the sun goes down at the end of the day. Wells Cathedral is a short ride away and the Saturday market is always worth a visit.

Itinerary

This is a six day residential retreat in the mountains of Andalucia. Food is exquisite vegetarian. There are three yoga classes a day with a day off for those wishing to visit Ronda. Plenty of relaxation time to read the books you have always wanted to catch up with, swim in a gloriously fresh mountain water pool or hang in one of the many hammocks, lie on a lounger or find one of the many little hideaways to read or write, paint or have a nap!
