Stop At: Pasikudah Beach, Pasikuda Road, Kalkudah 30410 Sri Lanka

You will be starting your tour at 9:00 am from the pier in Pasikudah. Your boat will pick you up and take you out to a good secluded location along the coast. Pasikudah or Moss Bay, which is what the word means in Tamil, is one of the best locations to watch the dramatic and colorful tropical sunrises along Sri Lanka’s Eastern Coast. The sunrise happens at exactly 6:00 am, and you will not be at sea in time to catch it. However, you will be able to see the morning sun rise through the skies, setting the sea glittering brilliantly.

Once you get to the location, you will be given stand-up paddle boards. Stand-up paddle boarding has a lot of similarities to surfing being all about remaining upright as you ride the waves; except that you don’t lie down on the board to move into the waves and like the name suggests, you stand up while using a paddle. The board itself is essentially different from a surfboard, being thicker and more buoyant. This sport will test your balance and increase your muscle power. There will be trainers on board the vessel, who will teach you the basics and techniques of stand-up paddle boarding. Your safety will be taken care of with all the necessary equipment and qualified safety personnel on board.

You will also have the opportunity to swim and splash around. There will also be snorkeling gear available on request. You will be able to put on your masks and take a look at the colorful underwater marine lifeforms that make the Eastern waters their home. There will be snacks and drinks available throughout the cruise for your indulgence.

At 11:30 am, you will be finishing your marine adventure and returning to the pier. You will be dropped off by 12:00 pm, completing your cruise
