Soak in a hearty beach vacation next to long stretching coast in Negombo, explore the ancient monuments and historical significance in Anuradhapura, get hold of powdery seashores in Trincomalee, climb the lion rock fortress also named after Sinhagiri, hike along the tea tracks in Nuwara Eliya covered with tea shrubs, tour in the city of Kandy and enjoy the final days in Colombo. Day 1: Nehombo

Stop At: St. Mary's Church, Main Street, Negombo 22100 Sri Lanka
Negombo is landmark edifice, a Roman Catholic church in the heart of Negombo. It is one of the largest cathedrals in Sri Lanka

Stop At: Negombo Lagoon, Negombo Sri Lanka
The lagoon is fed by a number of small rivers and a canal. It is linked to the sea by a narrow channel to the north, near Negombo city

Stop At: Negombo Fish Market, Negombo Sri Lanka
This is their famous fish market, the "Lellama", serving over 100,000 people in the area.This is the second largest fish market in the country

Day 2: Anuradhapura

The Koneswaram temple also known the temple of the thousand pillars is a Pre-historic Hindu Kovil standing in Trincomalee. The Koneswaram temple is famous for Ther chariot celebrations, Navaratri and Sivarathri. They are well marked with the gathering of a large number of Hindu devotees and several poojas (Hindu rituals) for seeking blessings from the god.

Day 8: Nuwara Eliya

Stop At: Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress, Sigiriya 21120 Sri Lanka
Sigiriya today is a UNESCO listed World Heritage Site. It is one of the best preserved examples of ancient urban planning. It is the most visited historic site in Sri Lanka. The rock nearly 200 metres (660 ft) high.this site was selected by King Kasyapa (477 – 495 CE) for his new capital. He built his palace on the top of this rock and decorated its sides with colourful frescoes

Stop At: Ramboda Waterfall, Pussellawa Sri Lanka
Ramboda Falls is 109 m (358 ft) high and 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and 729th highest waterfall in the world. It formed by Panna Oya which is a tributary of Kothmale Oya.

Day 9: Nuwara Eliya

Stop At: Victoria Park of Nuwara Eliya, A5, Nuwara Eliya 22200 Sri Lanka
After breakfast, proceed to explore Little England. Pedro tea factory, Lake Gregory andvisit the largest Ambewela dairy farm, taste a glass of fresh milk and cheese from its café at the hilltop. Day 11: Kandy

Stop At: Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Sri Dalada Veediya, Kandy 20000 Sri Lanka
The golden-roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth houses Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist relic – a tooth of the Buddha. During puja (offerings or prayers), the heavily guarded room housing the tooth is open to devotees and tourists. However, you don’t actually see the tooth. It’s kept in a gold casket shaped like a dagoba (stupa), which contains a series of six dagoba caskets of diminishing size.

As well as the revered main temple, the complex includes a series of smaller temples, shrines and museums

These stunning gardens were once reserved exclusively for Kandyan royalty. Today, even commoners are allowed in to enjoy the most impressive and largest (60 hectares) botanic gardens in Sri Lanka.

Highlights include a fine collection of orchids, a stately avenue of royal palms, the extraordinary, aptly named cannonball fruit tree and 40m-high Burma bamboo. Another big hit is the giant Javan fig tree on the great lawn, with its colossal central trunk and umbrella-like canopy of branches.

Day 12: Colombo

Stop At: Galle Face Green, Galle Road, Colombo Sri Lanka
After breakfast, Transfer to Colombo. The best way to travel in Colombo is by foot or tuk-tuk ride. Book a tuk-tuk safari for travelling around the city. Fill your belly at local restaurants, wander in the parks, go on holiday shopping, and stroll in the Galle Face Green. Return to the hotel and spend the night at the hotel in Colombo.
