Etili village tour has structured to give a unique experience to the tourists about the traditional village agriculture in Sri Lanka. Chena cultivation is the main experience of the tour and you can enjoy the life of wild Chena. Hence, the village has surrounded by a preserve, wild animals live around the village. The elephant, peacock, Sri Lankan monkey are some of them. There is a gorgeous lake in the village with lot of reptiles and birds. You will have a boat journey around the lake. The tour will fulfill with Sri Lankan village hospitality and lot of unique events.

Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Etili Wewa, Sri Lanka

09.00 AM – You will be greeted and picked by our TUK TUK driver and taken you to Mirissa kade junction. On arrival to Mirissa kade, you will hop in to a land master and take you to the village.

10.00 AM – Reach to the Chena and you will be provided a traditional welcome drink before starting you tour. Thereafter you can experience the traditional Chena cultivation and engage with Chena activities.

11.00 AM – After the Chena activities, you will enjoy a boat journey in the lake. You will have a nice time in the lake with bird watching and natural photographic scenes.

12.30 PM – On completion of the boat ride, you will be escort to enjoy village lunch experience. You will have a traditional lunch and desert in a mud house.

13.30 PM - You will be able to do a small trekking through the village to spot some beautiful viewpoints and experience the village life of Sri Lanka.

04.00 PM - After the village tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Ella.
