This journey of 12 days in Africa’s most explored land of wonders and unique adventure will empty your bucket list of a lifetime. First, you begin visiting Lake Manyara, the home to rare tree-climbing lions. You will also see buffalo, impala, giraffe, bush-buck, water buck, hippos, and lots of elephants roam near the lake. Then, you will explore the bush day to day life of wild animals across Serengeti National Park. The authentic natural movement of wildebeests across the Mara, Kogatende and then enter to one of the world’s wonders at Ngorongoro crater. After a long hustle of seven days in the wilderness, you will end your journey by relaxing at one of the exotic islands in Africa, Zanzibar. Lay on beach, sipping your margaritas, enjoying the sun, take parts in different water sports. You will also explore the history of Zanzibar, Swahili culture and foods and visit ancient cathedrals, slave market in stone town.

Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport- Arusha Town.

Day 2: Arusha-Lake Manyara

Stop At: Lake Manyara National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Arusha Region
Our accredited driver will meet you at the hotel and have a short conversation about your tour and exciting things you will do and see. You will then start your journey to Lake Manyara National Park.you will head to Lake Manyara National Park. Set against the steep escarpment of the Rift Valley, you’ll find Lake Manyara National Park with its evergreen groundwater forest and variety of ecosystems including acacia woodland, grassy plains, a swampy fan delta, and – of course – the expansive lake. This diversity attracts a wide variety of mammal, bird, and wildlife species. Manyara is also home to rare tree-climbing lions. The park offers excellent game viewing with buffalo, impala, giraffe, bush buck, water buck, hippos, and lots of elephants roam near the lake. Also look out for blue monkeys, and the very active Olive baboon troops.

Day 3: Lake Manyara NP- Serengeti National Park

You will spend three days in Serengeti with game drives – unequaled for its beauty and home to the Great Wildebeest Migration. The huge herds of plains game such as wildebeest, zebra, and antelope dominate the park while the attendant predators such as lion and cheetah are to be found among-st the many small hills scattered across the plain. Its landscape varies from open grass plains in the south, savanna with scattered acacia trees in the center, hilly, wooded grassland in the north, to extensive woodland and black clay plains to the west

Day 4: Serengeti National Park

Full day ‘discover Serengeti’ game drives. The day for the big cats – cheetahs, leopards and lions. Mostly you will go out for sunrise game drive at 6:30 am followed by breakfast at 8:30 am. More game drive till Lunch time (Hot lunch). After your hot lunch you will proceed with your afternoon game drive to sunset whereby you will drive back for dinner and overnight at Serengeti Heritage Camp

Day 5: Serengeti National Park

Our accredited driver will pick you up from the camp for a whole day game drive.You will return to your hotel for lunch, rest and then go for evening game drive. You will dine and sleep at Serengeti Heritage Camp.

Day 6: Serengeti NP- Ngorongoro National Park

Stop At: Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Arusha Region
Enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti before your transfer to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Check-in at the lodge for an afternoon walking safari. Walking with your guide, hiking through the hills and plains of Masai country you will get to know this ancient culture well, perhaps bumping into local herdsmen along the way or see many animals within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Day 7: Ngorongoro crater

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
Early in the morning after breakfast, our accredited driver will pick you up for a tour at the crater. You will enjoy the spectacular scenery and game viewing, in what has been described as the eighth wonder of the world. Many of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino can be seen grazing on the open grassland of the crater floor, surrounded by some of the 20,000 large animals that occupy the crater, including lion, cheetah, eland, zebra, and gazelle. Flamingo, among other bird species, can often be seen feeding at Lake as well. Lunch will be served within the crater and continue with game viewing till sunset.You will return to your lodge at Karatu.

Day 8: Ngorongoro National Park-Tarangire National Park.

Stop At: Tarangire National Park, Tarangire National Park, Arusha Region
The drive from the Marera Lodge to Tarangire National Park takes two hours. This park is spectacular in the dry season when many of the migratory wildlife species come back to the permanent waters of the Tarangire River. Huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, elands, and Oryx gather to stay in Tarangire until the onset of the rain when they migrate again to good grazing areas. In the late afternoon, drive back to the Planet Lodge or similar hotel in Arusha.

Day 9: Arusha town-Zanzibar

Stop At: Zanzibar Island, Zanzibar Island, Zanzibar Archipelago
After breakfast you will check out and drive to Kilimanjaro Airport to catch your local flight to Zanzibar island. You will be picked from the airport and head to Kiwengwa, on the Eastern coast of the Island. It will take almost one hour and ten minutes drive from the airport. You will check in and have your late lunch at the resort and have enough time to rest from the hustle of traveling.

Day 10: Zanzibar beach

Stop At: Kiwengwa Beach, Kiwengwa Tanzania

Day 11: Stone Town tour.

After breakfast, you will have time to visit stone town. If interested the hotel will arrange you a tour different historical place and take walks in the stone town and explore the rich Swahili culture. Then return to your hotel in Stone town.
