Itinerary

Day 1: Moshi Departure - Ngorongoro Crater

Pass By: Mount Kilimanjaro, Kilimanjaro National Park 00255 Tanzania
The tour will depart from Moshi after breakfast. Our first stop is Arusha for any last-minute purchases before we head off to Ngorongoro crater. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation area supports a wide variety of animals, including wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo and giant African elephants. Another major draw to this picturesque national park, is its dense population of predators including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot.

One night then the next day back to Moshi.


Day 2: Tarangire National Park

Stop At: Lake Manyara National Park Tanzania
After an early breakfast, we will head towards the Tarangire National Park for a game drive and picnic lunch. Tarangire is well known for its large elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the center of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3,000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest and 30,000 zebras. We return to Moshi late afternoon to enjoy dinner or we can also drop you off at the Kilimanjaro International Airport.
