Visit Selous Game Reserve in southern Tanzania covers over 45,000 km² and is one of the country’s three World Heritage Sites. The reserve is world-renowned for its unspoiled bush and vast numbers of game, including elephant, lion, hippo and over 440 species of bird. Itinerary

Day 1: Dar Es Salaam-Selous Game Reserve

Stop At: Selous Game Reserve, Selous Game Reserve, Lindi Region
The transfer from Dar Es Salaam to Selous Game reserve by which takes almost 5hrs to reach the destination. At about 16HRS depart for boat Safari along the great Rufiji river.You can enjoy watching coconut trees and local women with a beautiful attire.Overnight at the Rufiji River camp,

Day 2: Exploration of Selous Game Reserve

Stop At: Selous Game Reserve, Selous Game Reserve, Lindi Region
Early breakfast at the camp then depart for the full day Game drive in the reserve. Picnic lunch shall be provided before the close of the close of the day Game drive back to the lodge for your overnight, full board. Remember Selous Game Reserve is the biggest game reserve in Africa.

Day 3: Walking Safari in Selous Game Reserve –Dar es salaam

Stop At: Selous Game Reserve, Selous Game Reserve, Lindi Region
Early morning Walking Safari into the Selous Game reserve, usually start at 6-6:30am after early morning tea, accompanied by an armed ranger and it will take around 2-3 Hours duration. You will get more exposure concerning Selous Bushes.
Although you may see the animal during Walking Safari but the focus is also on the habitat that the animals live in, insects, trees and birdlife.. Back to dar es salaam
